Job Description - Senior Electrical Engineer

* Perform and manage all phases of MEP work including planning, designing, submission of Development Order/ Building Plan and overseeing the construction, T&C and project handover
* Excellent communication and leadership skills – capable of leading meetings with clients, contractors and sub-consultants
* Able to lead in-house MEP team and coordination with in-house Engineering team
* Liaise with Local Authorities for submission
* Able to prepare preliminary, cost estimation, valuation and project life cycles in relation to MEP
* Prepare and Review tender & contract documents for MEP packages
* Experienced with technical detailing, contract documentation & contract implementation and management
* Understanding of critical electrical systems like Generators, UPS, Transformers.
* Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models in relation to the project
* Ability to prepare Monthly Project Progress ReportRequirements
*Experience: Minimum 8 years with background in designing and project management preferably with Consultant Firms
*Having experience with Data Center project is highly preferable
*Education: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering

Skills
* Experience using AutoCad, MS Office (MS Powerpoint, MS Word & MS Excel, Sketchup, BIM/AutodeskRevit
* Experience in designing commercial/industrial buildings; Data Centre (highly preferable)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
* Strong command of English, both written and spoken
* Ability to write clear and detailed technical reports*Variable remuneration based on objectives
*Hybrid work
*Family reconciliation
