We are looking for an analytical Senior/ Electrical Manager (design power, electrical system, EPC) to join our innovative team at RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Tuas, West Region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the electrical engineering team, ensuring compliance with project requirements and adherence to project schedules.

• Lead and develop overall project concepts.

• Prepare and lead the creation of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and review specifications.

• Take charge of electrical tender proposals for EPC tenders.

• Review technical proposals from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure alignment with our design requirements.

• Plan the Master Document List and manage manpower allocation.

• Oversee cable routing and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), guiding engineers and drafters.

Direct the engineering design of various activities
Designing 230kV, 66kV, and 6.6kV power supply systems
Being proficient with various Equipment and Systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience as a Leader or Senior Electrical Engineer in EPC projects for Power, Petrochemical, and/or Waste-to-Energy plants.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Strong background in EPC projects.

• Demonstrated leadership skills for effective people management.

• Familiarity with industrial standards such as ISO, IEEE, Singapore standards like SS638, and statutory regulations or codes like the Singapore transmission code.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various disciplines and interface seamlessly with engineering, construction, and operations contractors.
