ID:\n\nJR94139 Senior Engineer \u2013 HBM PE Component Validation (Singapore)\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * HBM Validation Execution\n * Execute Validation Runs on IQP/ETV materials in a high\u2011pressure, fast\u2011paced environment, meeting tight start/finish windows, material utilization plans, and readiness checkpoints.\n * Deliver time\u2011bound data crunching (log parsing, statistical summaries, anomaly triage) and publish concise, high\u2011quality summary reports/sightings by agreed TAT (turnaround time) targets.\n * Ensure coverage completeness across MBIST and Native Mode flows; perform Hot/Cold corners, TSV screen/AQLK, and async timing boundary checks.\n * Platform Expertise\n * Operate and debug programs on SM3/Cobra (MBIST) and Advantest V93K (Native).\n * Support hardware readiness: handler, socket, loadboard, probe card coordination aligned to test intent.\n * Technical Analysis \u0026 Verilog Simulation\n * Validate high\u2011speed I/O (\u226510 Gbps); perform eye diagram, jitter, and signal integrity checks under P/V/T corners.\n * Measure IDD power profiles and thermal behavior under realistic stress conditions.\n * Develop/execute Verilog testbenches and simulations to reproduce/triage sightings, correlate bench and platform behavior, and inform content fixes.\n * Data \u0026 Automation\n * Review logs, crunch data, and automate workflows using Python/Perl.\n * Maintain documentation in Confluence/Jira and version control in Git/Perforce.\n * Debug \u0026 Collaboration\n * Assist in root\u2011cause analysis and corrective action closure with Design, DV, QA, GQ, TSE.\n * Create and deliver technical presentations; participate in cross\u2011site meetings for silicon readiness.\n\n\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related).\n * 5+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering.\n * At least 2 years of HBM Validation experience.\n * Test platform code development in C/C++, Python, and APG (Algorithmic Pattern Generator).\n * Hands\u2011on experience with MBIST (SM3/Cobra) and Native Mode (Advantest V93K) testing.\n * Verilog simulation experience (writing testbenches, running sims, interpreting waveforms/logs).\n * Familiarity with high\u2011speed I/O validation and power/thermal characterization.\n * Proficiency in scripting (Python/Perl) and data analysis tools; strong communication and presentation skills.\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nProduct Development Engineer 3\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
