Integral to your role, you will serve as authority in team deliverables and coach new hires in ramping up capability to contribute quickly to team deliverables\n\n \nMain Responsibilities: \n\n * Deploy past experience in layout planning \u0026 optimization and tool movement execution excellence in contextually relevant manner\n\n\n\n\n * Establish foundational and benchmark knowledge and skill base for defining team deliverable standard\n\n\n\n\n * Set up workflow and business processes for team to effectively and efficiently meet deliverables\n\n\n\n\n * Contribute to advancement in capability of global layout team network\n\n\n\n\n * Develop training material and plan for new hires\n\n\n\n\nOther Responsibilities: \n\n * Advocate for balanced and collaborative approach in complex cross-functional team efforts\n\n\n\n\n * Deploy appropriate AI-driven solutions in achieving effective and efficient outcomes for self and teams\n\n * \n\n\nJob Requirements/Qualification/ Selection Criteria :\n\n * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in layout planning \u0026 optimization and tool movement execution in semiconductor industry\n\n\n\n\n * Bachelors degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Civil or related discipline \n\n\n\n\n * Advance Proficiency in AutoCad\n\n\n\n\n * Proficiency in M365 Apps (such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc) and collaboration tools (Confluence, Microsoft Loop, Microsoft Sharepoint, etc)\n\n\n\n\n * Strong criticalthinking skills, with the ability to analyze constraints, evaluate tradeoffs, and support datadriven decisionmaking in layout planning. \n\n\n\n\n * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to drive actions and alignment with crossfunctional stakeholders. \n\n\n\n\n * Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment. \n\n\n\n\n * Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. \n\n\n\n\n * Physically able to work inside a cleanroom environment, including wearing full cleanroom attire (smock, hood, gloves, boots) and performing onsite checks such as layout validations and equipmentarea walkthroughs. \n\n\n\n\n * Demonstrated at least 1 year of leadership experience as project lead or team lead\n\n\n\n\n * Hands-on experience in training multiple new hires\n\n\n\n\n * Hands-on experience in AI (Chatbot, Agentic AI, Automation, etc) tools in augmenting work delivery in tactical or project settings\n\n\n\n\nEmbody Micron\u2019s core values: \n\n * People \u2013 Respect, develop, and empower others \n * Innovation \u2013 Drive continuous improvement and breakthrough thinking \n * Tenacity \u2013 Show grit and determination \n * Collaboration \u2013 Build trust and foster teamwork \n * Customer Focus \u2013 Deliver excellence and value \n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nIndustrial Engineer 3\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
