Your role will involve:\n\n * Upgrading process capabilities and implementing strategies to reduce production costs.\n * Developing and modifying process management projects.\n * Setting up and maintaining process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.\n * Evaluating, promoting, and planning the integration of new equipment and materials.\n * Conducting abnormal analysis and implementing improvements to maintain high standards.\n * Leading cross-functional teams to successfully improve yield or efficiency where required.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n * A Bachelor\u0027s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical \u0026 Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related fields.\n * At least 3 years of experience with CMP/WET processes.\n * A minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in memory product development or manufacturing.\n * Proven automation skills through previous projects requiring coding, machine learning, or scripting.\n * A mentality centered on problem-solving with a passion for finding creative and effective solutions.\n * Strong interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and the memory industry.\n * Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.\n * Strong personal initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n * Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Build of Experiment, and Engineering Statistical data analysis is essential.\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nFAB Engineer 3\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
