Senior Engineer, Physical Failure Analysis

Responsible for providing full physical failure analysis support for qualifications, new product introduction (NPI), and general failures from high volume manufacturing (HVM). Operate FA tools including but not limited to: Ion Millers, FIB/EDX, SEM, 2D/3D X-ray, X-section, planar grinding and other Lab tools Work with vendors on FA tools upgrade and general maintenance Develop new technique and adopt best known methods Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical/ Material/ Electrical/Electronic or equivalent, with at least 10 years of relevant experience Physical Failure Analysis subject matter expert experience Lab equipment management and regulatory compliance experience Experience in leading teams is preferred Self-motivated and driven and able to work independently with minimal to no supervision needed Objective driven to achieve targets in tight schedule with limited resources Strong communication skills and coordinating abilities to work across various functional team Good and positive interpersonal skills and growth mindset Potential to take on leadership role
