Job Descriptions:
- Fabricate and integrate silicon photonics process development by following process documentation and operating instructions. Handle projects and set up process inspection manual. Train the operators /engineer in metrology and process integration.
- Understand the process / product requirements, optimize the process margin, and analyze the possible root cause for any device failure.
- Independently carry out tests to determine and analyze device performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the company.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure device meets specification and verify device's performance.
- Test result documentation and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Optics, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor industry, wafer fab is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
