Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Clinical Operations

Overview:

Our Healthcare client is seeking a Senior / Executive, Clinical Operations to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at seamlessly integrating care delivery in the organisation.

Job Description:

🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders and management to plan, execute, and evaluate work plans and projects that drive clinical operations success, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

📊 Monitor operational performance of the designated clinic/department, assessing efficiency in workflows and patient care delivery to meet quality standards.

📈 Conduct data analysis on referrals, workload, utilization, and other essential metrics to identify trends, optimize resources, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

📝 Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

💰 Support budget management and resource allocation, working closely with finance and operations teams to ensure cost-effective solutions are in place.

👥 Assist in performance management and staff development by coordinating training programs, addressing performance gaps, and providing feedback.

🗂️ Provide secretariat and administrative support as needed, ensuring smooth facilitation of departmental meetings and documentation.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Educational Background: Minimum Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.

🏥 Experience: 2-3 years in clinical operations or healthcare management

💻 Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis software (e.g., Excel) and healthcare management systems; familiarity with electronic medical records (NEMR) systems
