Overall Job Purpose:
You will support the Change Management lead in creating Change Strategies / Change Plans, develop stakeholder engagement plan, design different change management initiatives, plan and design communications interventions, and enable up-skilling of people impacted by change.
Key Responsibilities
• Apply a change management process to analyse impacted stakeholder groups and help develop a strategy for change adoption;
• Support Identification of key stakeholders to conduct impact analyses
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance;
• Document requirements and support the design & delivery of training programmes
• Track and report issues arising from implementation of change plans
• Schedule and manage meeting calendar via Outlook
• Support preparation for change management activities

Job Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Communications, or Organizational Psychology
• 2+ years of work experience preferably related to project management
• Requires a keen learner and is self-driven as you will be working in Change
Management Office and project teams to support implementation of digital and non-digital solutions to achieve business goals
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools is an advantage
• Can communicate clearly and confidently, and able to present ideas to small groups
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to engage a variety of audiences
• Proactive in establishing positive relationships by listening and responding effectively
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Methodical, organized and planful
• Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
• Possess strong desire to make a difference
• Can appreciate and are open to diverse views
• Forward looking with a holistic approach
• Good in organisation of data
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, MS Teams etc)
• Well verse in online visual tools e.g., Canva, Padlet
