Senior / Executive, Clinical Trial Coordinating Centre - Leading Industry Pay

The Clinical Trials Coordinating Centre (CTCC) is SingHealth’s overarching infrastructure for clinical trials and clinical research. With an oversight of the clinical trials and research operational activities throughout SingHealth, CTCC’s objective is to harmonise the cluster’s clinical trial and clinical research infrastructure.  CTCC’s initiatives are broadly categorised into Talent Management, Clinical Trials Infrastructure and Strategic Partnership.  

The incumbent will support the expanded initiatives of CTCC, primarily in assisting to develop strategies for improving clinical trial efficiency and performance. These include implementing and analysing the tracking metrics of the contract turnaround time (TAT) of clinical trials cross SingHealth to identify and address any potential gaps. The incumbent will work with stakeholders to develop cluster-level programmes and events for clinical trialists, clinical research coordinators and clinical trial administrative staff.  Other responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of frameworks for innovative clinical trials, and providing administrative and secretarial support to the department and workgroups.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field
• Preferably with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or biomedical sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous and with good organisational and time management skills
• Able to work well in teams and independently
• Proactive and possess good communication skills
