You will join the Computing, Chemical & Life Sciences Cluster (Cluster Operations and Admin Centre) to provide support at the cluster level. At the cluster, we constantly look at creation of synergy and improvements to our work processes between the schools to improve our efficiency.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute actions required for Overseas Academic Programme, Freshmen Orientation Programme, Early Admission Exercise, school outreach events,
• Maintain proper documentation of syllabi and provide support for syllabi requests
• Provide support for academic admin matters such as student graduation prizes & awards, external examiners appointments.
• Provide support for admin related matters such as customer relations and repository of documents
• Support general administrative duties to ensure smooth running of daily office operations.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of office administration or any other relevant work experience.
• Candidates with marketing background are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Candidate should be responsible, meticulous and organised.
• Able to exercise judgement and discretion in enhancing work efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
