Job Scope:

Managing Undergraduate attachments and ensure efficient operations
Conduct basic training for students coming in for attachment
Be the point of contact for Undergraduate attachments and all job shadowing requests
Liaise with major stakeholders for related requests for job shadowing
Manage the department's website
Other administrative work such as being on site support for teachings
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

Degree in any discipline
1-2 years of education experience will be advantageous
Meticulous and able to work independently
