Overall Job Purpose:
As a key member of the Product Marketing team, you will work to build, strengthen, and drive the Sentosa brand through the marketing of events and products, in the exciting yet evolving leisure and tourism industry.
Your role will be integral in galvanising both internal and external stakeholders with the objective of driving the One-Sentosa Experience with both international and local guests, immersing them in a sea of experiences and world-class offerings.
Collaborating with creative and media agencies will be second nature to you as you oversee all aspects of integrated marketing communications for Sentosa’s own events, major third party events, and Sentosa’s suite of products, from creative and paid content production, social to OOH, and more.
You will also be pivotal in ensuring marketing timelines for all events and products are met for action items, deliverables, budgets throughout all projects and events. Being well-versed in performance-driven plans will be integral in driving conversions and measuring efficacy of your campaigns.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Be strong in leading communications and articulating ideas/proposals with internal stakeholders (different teams in SDC) and external stakeholders (agencies, island partners), with the objective of managing expectations and having successful outcomes through these conversations.
• Collaborate with island partners and platform/channel partnerships with the objective of utilizing domestic marketing to drive visitorship to the island and increase mind share of the Sentosa brand in the hearts of consumers.
• Understand guest insights and brand health metrics to understand and improve campaigns.
• Deliver strong performance-driven and integrated campaigns focused on desired outcomes.
• Oversee and manage campaign deliverables, including deploying of resources, post-campaign evaluation and recommendation.
• Ensure a consistent best-in-class holistic experience for guests through our offerings, translating on-line, off-line, and on-island experiences into brand love and loyalty.
• Track spends to ensure campaigns perform up to expectations while maintaining financial rigour.
Job Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in consumer marketing of events. Knowledge of consumer marketing of attractions and/or integrated resorts would be a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of both long-term brand/product as well as short-term acquisition and tactical marketing.
• Proven track record in running exceptional integrated campaigns and delivering strong outcomes/results.
• Experience in building relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, resulting in strong collaborations and successful partnerships.
• Highly driven, self-motivated individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to navigate and problem-solve despite the ever-changing nature of events.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, internally and externally.
