Job Description - Senior Executive, GMIO


Overview


 


Reporting to the Manager, Group Medical Informatics Office (GMIO), you will support governance, business operations, stakeholder engagement, demand management and organizational transformation initiatives across the National University Health System (NUHS) Cluster.


You will work closely with stakeholders across institutions, departments and partner organizations to support the planning, coordination and execution of cluster-wide programmes, governance processes, operational activities and strategic initiatives.


This role provides opportunities to contribute to both current operational functions and future transformation initiatives as NUHS continues to evolve its organizational, healthcare and digital capabilities.

Job Responsibilities


 


You will be responsible for the following:



  • Support governance forums, management meetings, committees and working groups, including meeting coordination, minute taking and follow-up of action items.

  • Coordinate and support organizational transformation, service improvement and strategic initiatives across the NUHS Cluster.

  • Support demand management, portfolio planning and reporting activities, including the administration, tracking and coordination of requests, initiatives, programmes and workplans.

  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, funding proposals, approval papers, governance submissions and management presentations.

  • Consolidate information, prepare dashboards and generate reports to support management decision-making.

  • Coordinate communications, stakeholder engagement activities and cross-institution collaborations.

  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, workshops, showcases, retreats, engagement sessions, external visits and partnership activities.

  • Assist in learning and capability development programmes, including training administration and workforce enablement activities.

  • Support budgeting, procurement, funding coordination, claims processing and other operational activities where required.

  • Maintain documentation, knowledge repositories and collaboration platforms to support effective information management.

  • Work with stakeholders to identify risks, resolve issues and ensure the smooth execution of programmes and initiatives.

  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.


Requirements


 


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Public Administration or related disciplines.


Experience



  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Candidates with experience in governance, business operations, administration, programme management, stakeholder engagement, organizational initiatives or project coordination will have an advantage.

  • Experience supporting management meetings, committees, governance forums or strategic initiatives will be advantageous.

  • Experience in healthcare, public sector or large organizational environments will be advantageous.


Skills & Competencies



  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint).

  • Experience in report writing, presentation development, business case preparation or funding proposal development will be advantageous.

  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
