Our esteemed client from healthcare industry is looking for Senior Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Support the daily functions of the department, overseeing the inflow, inflight, and outflow situations of hospitals.
• Analyze historical data to predict future trends in hospital flow, prepare and distribute operational aids and reports as required.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, including tasking orders, resource planning, mission analysis, response and activation plans, logistics coordination, and forecasting key events.
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the organization’s External Crisis Operations Command Centre during activation and participate in regular tabletop and training exercises for organizational External Crisis response readiness.
• Monitor and track the status of external operations when necessary. 

Requirements:

• Hold a basic degree in any discipline.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in administration or project management. 
• Good communication skills and adaptable.
