Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and implementation of clinical services, including the development of relevant policies and workflows.
• Monitor, compile, and analyze performance data and collaborate with clinicians to develop necessary interventions.
• Oversee the clinical performance management framework of clinical operations / healthcare services, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Quality, and Clinical teams to develop and implement a value-driven care framework.
• Coordinate administrative tasks, including secretariat responsibilities and the organization of interdisciplinary meetings and workgroups, to support cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Medical Board and/or Clinical Services.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in related areas (e.g. healthcare, clinical operations, clinical services, data analytics) would be advantageous.
• Able to multi-task and with good project management skills
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills
