SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
MOH Holdings is the holding company of Singapore’s public healthcare clusters and key corporate entities. Sharing the Ministry of Health’s vision to champion a healthy nation and ensure that our people live well, live long and with peace of mind, our role is to enhance public healthcare performance by unlocking synergies and economies of scale.
The Human Resources & Talent Development Division is responsible for attracting, retaining, engaging and developing the best talent for the future of MOHH and driving key strategic HR policies for the public healthcare sector as MOH's implementation partner.
The incumbent will be responsible to partner the Healthcare Manpower Division (HMD) to propose and implement the various HR strategies and initiatives under the over-arching HR framework for our junior doctors.
