Our esteemed client from healthcare industry is looking for Senior Executive – Human Resource.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with business units and staff to offer valuable advice, support, and services aimed at attracting, retaining, training, developing, rewarding, caring for, and engaging the workforce.
Managing and executing various HR functions and processes, such as recruitment, orientation, benefits, compensation, awards, communication, industrial relations, staff wellness, and scholarships/sponsorships.
Overseeing internship and sponsorship programs to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
Participating in and supporting company projects and events as required.
Supporting, promoting, and engaging in company events and innovation initiatives, including wellness programs, work-life balance initiatives, charity activities, staff suggestions, and process/work improvement projects.
Undertaking other assigned projects by the Head of Unit.

Requirements:

Minimum of Degree in HR or relevant discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant field
Proficient in Microsoft applications and good analytical skills
Organised and possess strong personal values
