Senior Executive, Influencer Marketing

As a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing creator-led marketing campaigns for leading brands. Working closely with clients, creators, and internal stakeholders, you'll help deliver innovative solutions that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. If you're passionate about social media, creator partnerships, and staying ahead of digital trends, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand client briefs and develop strategic influencer marketing proposals tailored to campaign objectives.


• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across various social media platforms in Singapore.


• Source, identify, and cultivate strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across diverse categories.


• Attend client meetings to gather campaign requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure successful execution aligned with client expectations.


• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth project execution.


• Monitor campaign performance, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and proactively identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.


• Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, creator movements, and industry best practices to deliver innovative campaign solutions.


• Support social commerce and livestream initiatives when required to maximise campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.


• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance workflow efficiency, campaign management, reporting, and operational processes.

Who You Are

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Talent Management, Public Relations, or a related field. (Required)


• Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and influencer marketing best practices.


• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


• A creative thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into engaging influencer marketing strategies.


• Fluent in both written and spoken English.


• Experience in livestream management, coordination, or production is a plus.


• Familiarity with social commerce platforms and e-commerce campaigns is advantageous.


• Comfortable utilising AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence.
