Senior Executive - Marketing - Urgent Role

Job Purpose

The Senior Marketing Executive is primarily responsible for supporting the creative content creation and marketing collateral generation for the marketing communications and demand generation functions. Leading the generation of success cases and providing insight into continuous improvement of the content creation. Assist in management of exhibitions. 

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Contribute and participate in the formulation of the market communications and demand generation strategies across all business units within the group, that promote the group’s solutions, products and services.
2. Creating compelling content for the group’s marketing activities across market communications, demand generation and such. Content will include digital content for website, sales presentations, brochures, exhibitions, success cases, etc.
3. Participate and contribute in the active management of the company website to ensure content and images are best in class and continuously updated / upgraded.
4. Provide expert support in content creation for external market communications pertaining to demand generation initiatives such as marketing campaigns, marketing collateral for exhibitions, brochures, etc.
5. Lead the roadmap for success case / case study development across the group. Own the annual plan to be agreed with BU’s and Strategic Marketing team.
6. Provide expert support in content creation for success cases, ensure collaboration across sales & marketing, R&D, technology, marketing to ensure best in class content and collaterals that communicate value propositions, unique selling points and customer benefits.
7. Collaboration with external vendors for website management, exhibitions, content creation etc.
8. Manage version control of all marketing collaterals including corporate presentations, sales presentations, website, brochures, exhibition collaterals etc.
9. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Project: Lead the investigation into how AI could be deployed into the sales & marketing function and work with the CCO to generate ideas for additional project to be initiated.
10. Managing the budget and costs for the related work.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree preferably in Marketing and Communications, Engineering
• 5 years industrial experience
• Preferably in tech/engineering sector
• Fluent in English and Chinese (required to work closely with our Shanghai Office and Chinese stakeholders) 
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator is a MUST
