- Market Research & Analysis
- Analyse competitor product offerings & pricing strategies
- Analyse and compile previous month OMV to provide insight to competitor new car model registration
- Compilation of information and study of pricing landscape
- Engage Sales Consultants in gathering competitor information
- Conduct mystery shopping activities to gather competitor information
- Prepare product comparison tables for all relevant parties
2. Sales Support and Development
- Management of vehicle stock lists & inventory
- Preparation of vehicle specification documents for customs submission
- Compilation of daily and weekly sales reports
- Analyse COE and market pricing trends
- Analyse competitor pricing & promotion strategies
- Assist promotion strategies for Mazda products, in conjunction with Marketing & Aftersales departments
3. Product Management
- Assist and support Sales Consultants on product related queries
- Preparation and conducting of training activities for sales departments and relevant stakeholders
- Proposal of specification & equipment levels to maintain competitiveness of Mazda products
- Identify key unique selling points of Mazda products
- Prepare product specification sheets and brochure for showroom and Salesforce usage
- Perform check on product specifications for new model to ensure compliance to the factory ordering guide
- Analyse product development trends and consumer preferences
4. Marketing Support
- Assist the Marketing department on appropriate product highlights to be presented
- Assist to provide unique selling points of Mazda products for Marketing communication
- Support Marketing department for product launch and marketing events
