Our esteemed client from healthcare industry is looking for Senior Executive – Social Care.
Responsibilities:
- Identify chances for strategic partnerships with key allies to enhance care coordination and augment community healthcare.
- Asssting in executing organisational Population Health strategies and regional health plans.
- Maintain regular communication and manage projects with crucial agency, community, and internal partners.
- Stay updated on developments in the social and healthcare sectors.
- Assist the team in developing, implementing, gathering data, evaluating, and reporting on initiatives and partnerships with agency partners, social care entities, and cross-teams.
- Organize meetings and events, take minutes, and follow up on raised issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant field
- Proficient in project management and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Able to multitask and strong communication skills
