Responsibilities:
- To support and manage all activities of Specialist Clinics assigned and ensure optimal operational efficiency of processes and services provided
- To work in close collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver cost effective, efficient and quality patient care in alignment with the strategic objectives of the Hospital
- Update and review department procedures and clinic work processes to ensure smooth operations
- Team management, including managing the daily manpower deployment for the team
- Plan, coordinate and conduct training for staff
- Efficiently handle and manage patient feedback received
- Assist superiors with monthly submission of reports and other relevant statistics
- Take on projects assigned and any other duties required from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- Preferably with at least 6 years of relevant working experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory position
- Experience in project management and supervision will be an advantage
- Good data analytical skills will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous and have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
