Senior Executive (Sport Facilities Management) - Up to $4500 per month

🏓Maintain facilities of assigned Sport Centres in good, safe, and ready conditions for operation.

🏓 Liaise with internal staff and external i.e. contractors to plan work schedules.
🏓 Assist in managing the service contractors to carry out works within Sport Centres’ Facilities.
🏓 Ensure all preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs are carried out promptly and safely.
🏓 Monitor the upkeeping of the facility, ensure safety
🏓Assist in the enhancement of Sport Centres’ Facilities🏓 Assist in managing & coordinating of upgrading projects (planning, execution to final completion).
🏓 Recommend and implement works and procedures that enhances building operations, customer satisfaction, experiences, and engagement.

🎽 Requirements:

🥏 Recognised tertiary qualifications in Property & Facilities Management
🥏 Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts
🥏 Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal
