As a Senior / Executive, Strategic Operations and Analytics, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external healthcare institutions, and other entities to identify opportunities for using data to drive business solutions.
• Assist in implementing the organization's reporting and dashboard roadmap.
• Leverage Data Analytics and Operations Research expertise to turn data into insights that optimize and enhance business strategies.
• Create data processing automation using programming and tools to boost productivity.
• Contribute to strategy development to help the department achieve its KPIs.
• Manage the current Enterprise Data Warehouse and plan its transition to a Data Lake to provide stakeholders with accurate, high-quality data for analysis and reporting.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or other related quantitative disciplines.
