Senior Executive, Trading, Power & Renewables

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform shift duty for gas & electricity market operations.
• Carry out and optimize real-time electricity bidding as well as routine gas nominations in accordance with the gas and electricity market rules.
• Update management on upstream supply, market conditions, and daily trading operations.
• Coordinate closely with power plant on plant dispatch and related matters.
• Coordinately closely with different business functions to derive value within the Power & Renewable line of business.
• Provide analytical support to business managers on commercial and regulatory matters.
• Liaise and collaborate with regulators and industry stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to work night trading hours.
• Proficient in Excel, with experience in programming (e.g. VBA, Python) a plus.
• Good market knowledge on Singapore gas and power industry will be advantageous.
• Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
