The Training Executive/ Senior Executive collaborates closely with the Head of Department (HOD) to implement comprehensive development plans and training course for Raffles Healthcare Institute (RHCI). He/she provides essential administrative support, organizing and coordinating a wide range of educational and training programmes and courses. By aligning these programmes and courses with RHCI's strategic goals, the trainer ensures that all initiatives contribute effectively to the overall growth and development of the organization. Additionally, the trainer monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training sessions, gathers feedback and makes necessary adjustments to continually improve the quality and impact of the educational offerings, and a good understanding of the training needs.
