Job Description - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Singapore and Malaysia)
Responsibilities
Be a business partner to the employees with regular engagement and accurate sensing of the culture.
Administer full spectrum of HR processes and procedures including employee onboarding, performance reviews, training and development, and exit processing.
Handle employee enquires/relations and industrial relation matters.
Prepare HR reports and documents.
Be updated on statutory employment regulations and manage possible implications.
Support HR projects and initiatives.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR in a multinational environment.
Possess learning agility and self-management ability.
Strong in stakeholder management and communication skills.
Willing to travel to offices in Jalan Pesawat and Malaysia based on business needs.
