Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships

The College of Engineering at NTU Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for the Outreach, Admissions and Scholarships team. The individual will be part of the College’s Undergraduate Outreach, Admissions and Scholarship team.

Reporting to the Lead, Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships, the candidate will play a key role in developing, planning, and leading the implementation of outreach and engagement strategies targeted at prospective undergraduates, with the aim of achieving the College’s outreach and undergraduate recruitment objectives.

The role involves planning and executing outreach events and activities, as well as driving post-event reporting and analysis to measure impact, extract insights, and shape data-driven strategies that enhance the effectiveness of future outreach, ensuring the College consistently meets its goals. The individual will also support the College’s outreach, admissions and scholarship process. This position serves as the liaison between the College and the Engineering Schools to align and harmonise outreach strategies, implementation plans, and efforts.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Develop, plan, and lead outreach and engagement strategies for prospective undergraduates to achieve the College’s recruitment objectives.

• Liaise with Engineering Schools to align and harmonise outreach strategies and implementation plans.

• Plan and execute outreach events and activities, ensuring high-quality delivery and engagement.

• Conduct post-event analysis to measure impact, extract insights, and drive data-informed improvements.

• Organise and coordinate whole of College effort for the annual EASE Tea Party.

• Lead and organise engagement events for Returning NS men.

• Support the College’s admissions and scholarship process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, alumni, schools, and industry partners, to support and enhance the College’s outreach and recruitment objectives.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

• Any other ad-hoc initiatives and assignments undertaken by the Office.

Requirements:

• Recognised university degree in any discipline.

• At least 1 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in Outreach, Student Recruitment, Student Engagement in the higher education industry. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in event execution and management.

• Resourceful team player with good interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.

• Highly motivated and meticulous individual with strong analytic and problem-solving skills and keen eye for details.

• Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.

• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.

• Knowledge of the higher education market in Singapore and Asia-Pacific region is advantageous.
