Senior Field Marketing Manager, Neurosurgical & ENT, APAC

You will lead regional marketing strategies, influence customer engagement, and translate market insights into business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to combine strategy, execution, and medical education to accelerate product adoption across diverse healthcare markets.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth, business expansion, and market share targets
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to guide strategic decision-making
• Author and drive alignment on key strategy documents, including annual marketing plans and product launch strategies
• Identify emerging customer segments and tailor marketing approaches to meet evolving clinical and market needs
• Lead product launch initiatives and support the introduction of new products and services aligned with customer demand
• Partner with sales teams to design and implement initiatives that drive customer engagement and product adoption
• Develop and deliver medical education programs to support clinical adoption, enhance product understanding, and improve customer outcomes
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, institutions, and industry stakeholders to inform strategy and strengthen market presence

What You Will Need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or marketing roles
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country marketing initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
