Senior Finance Executive

Our client is seeking a Finance Executive to join their finance team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate financial operations, supporting statutory compliance, and working across departments to deliver timely and reliable financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing, supplier payments, and customer collections
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare balance sheet schedules and reconciliations within required timelines
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data in the ERP system, maintaining clean and up-to-date records
• Assist in audit preparations, tax filings, and statutory reporting while adhering to internal control requirements
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager on finance improvement projects such as inventory counts and process automation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, R&D) to resolve finance-related discrepancies and maintain data accuracy
• Recommend process improvements and implement best practices to enhance finance workflows
• Enforce internal finance policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance and ethical standards across all transactions

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting support role
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and local tax regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Awareness of internal control principles and commitment to policy compliance
