Senior / Finance Executive

We are currently on a lookout for passionate individuals to join us as an Senior / Finance Executive.

Job Description:

• Accounts Payables Management – Review and perform Accounts Payables duties such as A/P invoicing, data entry, vendor reconciliations
• Treasury management – prepare cash flow, transfers, payments, investments and cash projections
• Grant Management – prepare quarterly reports to external agencies (e.g. IRAS, MND and HDB)
• Statutory reporting – prepare for monthly management schedules, annual external audit schedules, quarterly GST submission and annual income tax and property tax submission
• Fixed asset management – maintain fixed asset listing and annual fixed assets verification
• Liaise with auditors and other external agencies
• Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting
• Answer telephone enquiries by residents and handle general administrative duties
• Perform counter duties on rotation basis (e.g. collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries, etc.) and perform day-end closing
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Have a positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
• Meticulous, organized and responsible with high degree of initiative
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to start work immediately (preferred)
