Senior Finance Executive (Credit Control) S$4500+AWS+VB (ID: 661221)

• Manage credit control and net working capital improvement tasks.
• Contact customers regularly, sending monthly reminders, account statements, and invoices.
• Collaborate with customers and fulfillment/operations teams on service reports, PMS, and supporting documents for invoicing and collections.
• Ensure invoices are matched with service reports/PMS for accuracy.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist external and internal auditors by preparing audit schedules and ensuring compliance.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree Holder in Accounting and Finance
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Possess good communication skills with proactivity to follow up with customers.
