Senior Finance Executive (Fixed Assets) UP to SGD4, 800

Job Responsibilities

• Support the accounts payable team lead in providing guidance on matters related to accounts payable and fixed assets matter, including task assignment, workload management, and performance.
• Partner with various internal and external stakeholders on matters related to accounts payable and/or fixed asset matters.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payables and fixed asset matters.
• Ensure compliance with all associated financial regulations, governance and statutory obligations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives - Continual effort in automation and process improvements in areas of fixed asset accounting and reporting.
• Ensure transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and approval processes.
• Manage month-end closing activities and ensure completeness and accuracy of fixed assets sub-ledger
• Maintain an accurate register of fixed assets ensuring all acquisitions, disposals, and transfers are properly documented and recorded.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in payables / fixed assets management.
• Possess knowledge of FRS 16, FRS 38 and FRS 116.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
