Location: Maxwell

Responsibilities:

Perform daily Account Receivables and Fixed Assets operations
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Administer and manage grants
Perform timely month-end and year-end financial closing
Provide secretariat support to Audit Committee
Assist with budgeting, financial audits and procurement

Requirements:

Have at least 3 years’ working experience in a finance or accounting related job
Preferably possess working knowledge of NSF ERP and a good understanding of Government Instruction Manuals on ‘Financial Control’ and ‘Procurement’
Be meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task effectively
Be self-motivated, purpose-driven and a team player
