Senior Finance Executive (Hybrid) | 18 months Contract

Incumbent reports to Senior Manager to support in various Finance functions for a large-scale project. You will be involved in the month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial reporting, management accounting, etc. You will work with internal stakeholders on funding related matters as well as participate in the annual budgeting exercise.

You will also ensure the smooth operations of the procurement function such as review of purchase orders and ensure the integrity of our client’s procurement processes through continuous oversight.

Lastly, you will ensure compliance to Finance policies, procedures and processes as well as support the project team on Finance related queries and endeavour to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.

• A Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in general accounting / finance functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus!
• Meticulous, organized, and a team player with excellent communication skills
• Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Analytical, self-motivated and highly organized
• Able to commit to 18 months contract assignment and start work immediately

• Salary up to S$6,500 per month (excluding 1 month completion bonus)
• Work alongside with Finance professionals in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• 5 days work week | location in the East area
