Job Description - Senior Finance Executive - Investment Management

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance, HR, and administrative functions within a growing investment management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and month/quarter-end processes.
Coordinate with external accounting, audit, and tax partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Support fund-related activities such as NAV preparation, capital calls, distributions, budgeting, and cash flow tracking.
Assist with regulatory filings and maintain proper compliance documentation.
Provide support on investor reporting, presentations, and financial analysis.
Handle HR administration including payroll, leave records, reimbursements, onboarding/offboarding, and employee documentation.
Oversee office operations: vendor coordination, procurement, IT/service provider liaison, filing, meeting logistics, and general administrative upkeep.
Provide executive support including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA / CA preferred.
At least 4 years of experience in accounting or fund accounting within Private Equity/ Venture Capital, Asset or Fund Management companies.
Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and fund structures.
Excellent organisation, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage confidential information and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
