Senior Finance & HR Executive (MNC I Accounting I Human Resource) - Hiring Now

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach members of the Finance & HR department in day-to-day operations, including planning, reviewing, coordination, establishing and implementing controls, delegation and supervision 
• Ensure that enough capacity with the required skills is available in the team
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
• Timely delivery of Monthly, Intercompany reconciliation & quarterly reporting
• Responsible for Audit, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, Budget, Business plan, Cashflow management, Forecasting process, Performance monitoring, ESG, Corporate Secretarial topics and close collaboration with respective stakeholders
• Oversee Inventory control (counting, elimination, slow moving, inventory level, etc)
• Lead Risk Management and Internal Control Systems (ICS); establish measures to strengthen operational processes
• HR (Full cycle of Payroll, CPF, Income Tax, Grants, Recruitments, Appraisal, Performance Management, Salary review, Corporate and Employees’ Insurance)
• Implementation of HR policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance, relevance and competitiveness
• Corporate Secretarial duties and liaising
• Implementation of HQ and local Finance & HR initiatives to support business unit’s growth
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least Degree in finance and / or controlling / accounting
• Min 3 years’ experience in leading a small team
• Proficient in Singapore GAAP
• International accounting policy knowledge
• Knowledge on import/export regulations
• Knowledge on Human Resources in accordance with local Manpower regulations
