Senior Finance Manager

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be primarily responsible for the preparation of the Group’s consolidated accounts to be submitted on a timely basis. 

Responsibilities

• Take charge of group monthly, quarterly and annual closing, including variance analysis
• Assist in preparing half yearly SGX financial results announcement and presentation materials for Committee and Board meetings
• Preparation of Group financial statement and yearly annual report to ensure compliance with SFRS (I)/SGX listing requirements
• Preparation of budget and forecast for the Group
• Work closely with the subsidiaries accountants and external parties like auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary and legal advisors
• Ensure that all entities including overseas subsidiaries accounting policies comply with the Group policies
• Group Tax compliance
• Recommend improvements on accounting workflow and procedures
• Assist in M&A due diligence and Group Sustainability reporting
• Implementation of the Group Financial Consolidation system

 Requirements:

• Candidates must at least possess a Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/ACCA/CPA certified
• At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in a listed company is preferred with good knowledge in SFRS (I), SGX Listing Manual and Companies Act
• Solid hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial and management reports for a large group is a must
• Prior experience in big 4 firm an advantage
• Strong tax knowledge in corporate and indirect taxes, experience in international tax will be an advantage
• Candidates with prior experience in implementation of consolidation system is preferred
