Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

This position’s primary responsibility is to ensure fulfillment of ad-hoc assignments. This includes: 

• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents for timely billing of assignments 
• Liaise with sales on quotations and deployment information 
• Liaise with Operations for supporting documents needed for billing 
• Liaise with customers on verification of data and billing 

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You 

• Diploma in Accountancy, Business Management or equivalent 
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experience 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel 
• Familiar with ACCPAC and SAP would be an advantage
