Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, a well-established MNC, is hiring for a newly created regional finance position to support its APAC performance management function. This role will focus on regional corporate fp&a, reporting, and business support activities while partnering closely with Regional Leadership, Global HQ, and country finance teams. The position offers strong exposure to regional operations and the opportunity to contribute to process improvement and cross-market initiatives within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Corporate FP&A

1. Support regional corporate fp&a activities, including:
2. Regional management reporting
3. Regional consolidation
4. Forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes
5. Coordinate with APAC, Global HQ, and country finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
6. Assist in maintaining consistency and quality of financial reporting across markets
7. Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews and analysis

Regional Projects & Business Support

1. Partner with regional functions, particularly Supply Chain, on finance-related analysis and initiatives
2. Support cross-country improvement initiatives and operational projects
3. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and tracking implementation progress
4. Participate in ad hoc regional finance projects and business support activities

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree, CA/CPA preferred
2. Background in large MNCs, ideally in regional or global roles
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in regional finance or FP&A
4. Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
