Senior Financial Analyst

NuboSearch is partnering with an established international digital infrastructure business to recruit a commercially minded Senior Financial Analyst for its Singapore office.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role working directly with the CFO and senior leadership team, providing financial modelling, investment analysis and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making across a growing international business.

The successful candidate will combine exceptional Excel and financial modelling capabilities with strong commercial judgement, an analytical mindset and the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders.

1. Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, sensitivity analyses and financial scenarios.
2. Analyse revenue, operating costs, capital expenditure, project investments and overall business performance.
3. Evaluate financial returns, commercial risks and investment opportunities.
4. Conduct budget and forecast variance analysis, identifying key financial and operational drivers.
5. Develop financial models and business cases supporting investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
6. Partner with operational and commercial teams to translate business assumptions into financial outcomes.
7. Challenge assumptions and deliver clear, commercially relevant recommendations to senior management.
8. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, executive presentations and financial analysis.
9. Develop dashboards and analyse complex datasets to identify business trends, opportunities and risks.
10. Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
11. Improve reporting efficiency through automation, data analytics and business intelligence tools
12. Work closely with the CFO, Finance, Operations and other business functions.
13. Provide financial insights to support commercial and strategic decisions.
14. Act as a trusted analytical partner to senior leadership.

1. Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, commercial finance, investment analysis or a related discipline.
2. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build sophisticated financial models from scratch.
3. Strong experience in forecasting, scenario analysis, business case development and investment evaluation.
4. Excellent understanding of financial statements, financial drivers and business performance.
5. Proven ability to analyse large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable commercial insights.
6. Experience preparing management reports and presenting financial information to senior stakeholders.
7. Strong commercial judgement, numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
9. CA, CPA, ACCA or CFA qualification.
10. Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot or similar business intelligence tools.
11. Experience with ERP and financial management systems.
12. Exposure to infrastructure, data centres, technology, telecommunications or other capital-intensive industries.
