Senior Fire Safety Manager / Fire Safety Manager - Collaborative Environment

Responsibilities:

• Observe and comply with all prevailing and regulations relating to Fire Safety Act.
• Conduct fire safety training for staff.
• Carry out regular building inspection and ensure non-compliance of fire safety are addressed and rectified.
• Ensure building fire evacuation routes are free from obstruction.
• Ensure building fire evacuation plans are in place.
• Submit monthly fire safety report.
• Conduct table top exercise regularly.
• Conduct fire drill exercise, fire risk assessment and incident management.
• Ensure staff and contractors comply with the safety regulations.
• Ensure all works carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building or Facilities Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant trade.
• Registered Fire Safety Manager with SCDF for minimum 5 years
• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Possess high level of initiative and integrity.
• Willing to work alternate 5.5 days
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
