Senior Florist – Weddings & Events Styling

Salary: $3,200 – $3,500/month, excluding OT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Availability: Must be able to work weekends

About the Role

The Interior Collections is hiring an experienced Senior Florist to join our growing wedding, event styling and floral design team in Singapore.

This role is suitable for a florist with strong experience in flower arrangements, wedding floristry, event flowers, bouquet design, floral installations and venue styling. You will create floral designs for weddings, events, online orders, styled setups and contracted venues.

Responsibilities

• Design and create fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, centrepieces and event florals

• Conceptualise floral designs for weddings, solemnisation setups, corporate events and styled venues

• Prepare arrangements according to brand standards, client briefs and event concepts

• Assist with on-site floral setup, installation and maintenance for weddings, hotels and events

• Oversee weekly floral inventory, flower preparation and purchasing

• Support daily online and contract orders, ensuring timely preparation and delivery

• Mentor and guide junior florists when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of floristry experience

• Experience in wedding flowers, event floristry or floral styling preferred

• Strong sense of floral design, colour coordination and presentation

• Able to work weekends and support event schedules

• Responsible, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to lead and support junior florists when required
