Senior Fund Services Associate

Our client is looking for experienced professionals to join a growing team supporting asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors across the alternative investment space. If you’re coming from a corporate accounting or audit background and looking to pivot into fund services or asset management, this role offers hands-on exposure to investment structures, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and administration for complex fund structures (NAV prep, reconciliations, financial statements, audits)
• Oversee investor services including onboarding, AML/KYC checks, and capital activity documentation
• Coordinate closely with clients and third parties to ensure timely, accurate deliverables
• Support internal team development, review work, and ensure quality across client engagements
• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational best practices

Required Qualifications

• 4–5+ years’ experience in corporate accounting, external audit, or fund administration
• Solid grasp of accounting principles; exposure to investment products or structures a plus
• Willingness to learn fund-specific processes and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills
• CPA, CA, or equivalent designation preferred
