Cultivate positive relationships with Talent Management, Global People and Business Partners and senior business leaders by understanding business challenges and how they translate into talent strategies. 8 years of experience in Talent Management or Business Partnering, building connections globally with outstanding leadership skills. Collaborate as a key partner, proactively crafting human-focused development solutions to drive business strategy. Results oriented with a strong bias for action. Work globally and cross cultures, effectively navigating ambiguity. Possess strong facilitation, presentation, and project management skills. Proficient in Talent Management and Business Collaboration, encouraging relationships at all levels globally. Act as a strategic partner, taking the initiative to build people-centric development solutions to fuel business strategy. Experience working in a technology related company.
