Our client are looking for an experienced Senior Hairstylist cum Assistant Shop Manager with demonstrated ability to style the hair with customer's choice as well as manage junior hairstylists, including training new hires, motivating, leading and etc.

Job Description: 

• Lead and motivate a team of hair stylists to provide excellent service to customers so as to meet target;
• Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair and listening to their needs to determine their preferences;
• Describing different hair care products and their benefits;
• Cutting, Shampooing, Coloring, Perming and etc;
• Scalp treatment;
• Selling hair care retail products;
• Building personal relationship with customers to ensure return visits;
• Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards;
• Maintaining exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Oversee inventory and top-up in advance whenever necessary
• Managing attendance file scheduling
• To train and guide the assistant or hairdresser

Requirements: 

• Min 1 year experience as hairstylist with cutting, washing experience
