Act as an HR Business Partner, providing advisory services to stakeholders and management on HR-related issues.
Formulate human resources policies, guidelines, and procedures to support business requirements and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local employment laws and statutory requirements.
Promote and integrate company culture, values, core competencies, and desired behaviors in the region.
Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including hands-on involvement in payroll when necessary.
Ensure the staff handbook complies with local employment laws and statutory requirements.
Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy.
Plan and implement staff engagement activities and organizational development initiatives.
Handle compensation and benefits-related tasks.
Manage recruitment and talent management efforts.
Administer performance management processes.
Assess learning/training needs, formulate learning/training plans, and effectively implement and monitor learning events to enhance employee development.
Facilitate quality improvement initiatives and employee recognition programs to foster a constructive working environment.
Prepare routine reports for both HR and Admin functions.
Assume the role of Management Representative (MR) for ISO, including audit reporting and compliance.
Oversee office administration functions, including branch renovations.
Lead and manage HR initiatives across the ASNG region, collaborating with HR teams in different locations to ensure alignment and consistency.
Develop and coordinate regional HR projects, ensuring timely execution and effective communication among regional HR teams.
Serve as the key liaison between regional HR teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
Promote the sharing of best practices and facilitate the standardization of HR processes within the ASNG region.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience in handling regional HR operations, preferably within the ASNG or a similar geographical scope.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance across different regions.
Experience in project management, particularly in initiating and coordinating HR projects across multiple regions.
Familiarity with ISO standards and audit requirements is an advantage.
