Senior HR Business Partner

Our client is a well-established Singapore organization looking for an experienced HR professional to work closely with senior leaders and support the organization’s growth.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

1. Partner senior leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
2. Provide HR advisory on employee relations, organisational change and complex people matters.
3. Support HR improvements and new HR initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience.
4. Ensure adherence to local employment legislation, company policies and HR governance standards across all HR practices.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. Degree-qualified with 10-12 years of HR experience, including strong HR Business Partnering experience.
2. Experience working closely with senior management in a complex organisation.
3. Good knowledge of manpower planning, talent, performance and employee relations.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Good understanding of Singapore employment practices, with the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
