Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support interviews, events, and meetings.
• Process HR-related functions e.g. recruitment and postings.
• Attend to HR-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and streamline work processes.
• Assist with adhoc projects as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
• Able to work independently and is a good team player with strong drive and dedication.
• Meticulous, resourceful, and highly self-motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior work experience in Human Resource in the Public Service would be an advantage.
